If you’ve had days where you wake up tired, scattered, or unmotivated… I’m right there with you.
The other day, I hadn’t slept well. I woke up already feeling exhausted—zero energy, brain fog, and a long list of things to do. I lay in bed and just thought, “How am I going to make it through this day?”
It wasn’t laziness. It was burnout.
But instead of diving into the day, I tried something small:
I paused.
Took a deep breath.
And named three things I was grateful for.
That tiny practice gave me clarity and peace. And it reminded me that even when life feels heavy, there is still good to be seen and God to thank.
📖 “Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good; His love endures forever.” – Psalm 107:1
So here’s what I’m leaning into—and maybe it will help you too:
✅ Start your day with gratitude. Before reaching for your phone or thinking about your schedule, list 3 things you’re thankful for.
✅ Move your body gently. A quick stretch, a short walk, or just stepping outside for fresh air can do wonders for energy and focus.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed or worn out, you’re not alone.
Be kind to yourself. Take it one step at a time. And look for the little moments of gratitude—they matter more than you know. Watch my video for a bit more encouragement!
