My Story
The Foundation
A Heart for Helping Others
I’ve always had a passion for helping others thrive, which led me to pursue teaching. I earned my master's in education while working full-time as a special education teacher. I have always loved helping students discover their strengths and grow, but when my husband and I started our family, I chose to step away from my career to be fully present as a mom. While I cherished that season, I began to feel a pull toward making an impact beyond my own family.
The Shift
Stepping Into the Unknown
We made a big move to a new state, knowing no one. It was exciting but also a little scary. I returned to teaching special education, rediscovering my love for helping students. But balancing work, family, and personal growth felt overwhelming. I wanted to continue making a difference—but in a way that allowed me to be present for my family and myself.
The Present
A New Chapter of Impact
I stepped out on my own, using my background in education and my passion for personal growth to help others break through their challenges. I became a Certified Neuro-Coach, learning to rewire thought patterns for lasting change. Now, I’m embracing this chapter—still helping people, still making an impact, but in a way that brings more balance and fulfillment.

Beyond Coaching
My life is full of adventure and love. I’ve been married to my best friend for over 25 years, and we’re raising four incredible kids who keep me on my toes in the best way. Whether hiking, skiing, paddleboarding, playing games, or just enjoying time together, I’m always up to explore new places and try something new. I love a good cup of coffee, meaningful conversations, and finding joy in the little moments that make life so rich. Time with my family, friends, and church community brings me so much joy!

Break Free from What's Holding You Back
Life is full of transitions, and each season brings its own challenges. Maybe you’re feeling stuck, uncertain about your next step, or overwhelmed by the weight of responsibilities. You’ve spent so much time showing up for others that you lost sight of yourself somewhere along the way—your goals, passions, and confidence. I understand those feelings because I’ve been there too.
For years, I struggled with self-doubt, self-worth, insecurity, and the constant tension between thinking I needed to do more and not knowing what to do or how to move forward. I know what it’s like to feel like something needs to change, but not knowing where to start. It’s easy to get caught in the same patterns—overthinking, doubting yourself, or feeling like your past experiences define what’s possible for your future. But the truth is, change is possible. Growth is possible. And you don’t have to figure it out alone.
My background in education and my journey in neuro-based coaching have shown me just how powerful our thoughts are. The way we see ourselves, the stories we tell ourselves—they shape the way we show up in the world. I love helping people uncover what’s been holding them back and giving them the tools to step into clarity, confidence, and real transformation.
If you’ve been feeling stuck, unsure, or just searching for something more, know that you are capable of change. You don’t need to have it all figured out today. But taking the step to explore what’s possible? That’s where transformation begins.
