Is coaching short-term or long-term?
I offer a 12-week coaching program designed to create deep, lasting change in a structured timeframe. This gives you enough time to break old patterns, implement new habits, and start seeing results. However, some clients continue coaching beyond that to build on their progress and keep growing.
What is a neuro-coach?
A neuro-coach is trained in brain-based methods that help rewire thought patterns and behaviors at the source level — your subconscious mind. Our habits, beliefs, and struggles stem from automated thought patterns. My coaching process helps identify those patterns, clear the ones that no longer serve you, and replace them with new, empowering beliefs that align with your goals. This leads to real, lasting transformation rather than temporary motivation.
What's the difference between neuro-coaching and counseling?
Counseling typically focuses on healing from past experiences, emotional struggles, or mental health challenges. Neuro-coaching also supports healing but with a focus on how your brain has wired certain thought patterns and beliefs. It helps you process what's been holding you back and guides you toward lasting change by creating new, empowering pathways in your thinking. While counseling helps you understand and work through the past, neuro-coaching equips you to move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
Do you use EMDR in your coaching?
No, I don't use EMDR in my coaching. EMDR is a therapeutic technique commonly used to process and heal trauma. While it can be helpful and even complement neuro-coaching in some cases, my approach doesn't require reprocessing past trauma in that way. Instead, we focus on identifying the subconscious blocks and limiting beliefs holding you back, then shift your attention to the vision, desires, and future you want to create.
Do you use neurofeedback in your coaching?
No, I don't use neurofeedback in my coaching. Neurofeedback involves tracking brainwaves with equipment to help retrain brain activity. My approach to neuro-coaching doesn't require any wires, machines, or high-tech contraptions. Instead, we tap into how the brain naturally works to identify and rewire thought patterns, so you can get the clarity, confidence, and results you want.

I work with men, women, and teens who feel stuck and want to create meaningful change. While many of my clients are busy professionals and parents, my coaching is for anyone looking to gain clarity, build confidence, and break through what's holding them back.
