Mid-Year Reset – Reflect, Refocus, & Realign

Can you believe we’re already halfway through 2025?

This is the perfect time to pause and reflect—not with guilt or pressure, but with curiosity and grace. What has gone well so far this year? Maybe it’s something in your personal growth, health, relationships, business, or simply learning how to slow down a little.

Take a breath and celebrate those wins—big or small. They matter.

Now ask yourself:
1. What do I want the second half of the year to look like?
2. What goals still matter to me—and what am I ready to release?
3. What’s one or two small tweaks I can make to move closer to where I want to be?

Tip 1: Write down one goal that’s still on your heart, and ask yourself: “What’s one simple next step I can take toward this today?”
Tip 2: Block out 10–15 minutes this week for reflection—no distractions. Ask God to show you what matters most right now.

We aren’t meant to figure everything out alone. Invite God into this process.

There’s still time to realign your focus and make meaningful progress toward what matters most. Start with one step forward.
