It’s officially fall—and something about the crisp air, changing leaves, and golden light makes us slow down and reflect. This past couple of weeks especially have been filled with so many emotions. From the stirring messages and movement around Charlie Kirk and the heartbreaking tragedies we’ve witnessed, it’s no surprise that many of us feel a mix of sorrow, gratitude, heaviness, and hope.
These moments remind us just how much we need one another. They soften us. They bring us back to what matters. We’ve seen a revival of compassion, faith, and unity—and we’ve felt the ache that comes with loss and uncertainty too. It’s okay to feel all of it. These emotions point us toward something deeper.
God is still good. He is still present. And we are not alone.
“Let all that you do be done in love.” — 1 Corinthians 16:14
Whether you’re grieving, questioning, overwhelmed, or inspired, I want to remind us of this: we have the opportunity each day to choose love. To step forward with intention. To ask God what He wants for our lives. To take that first step—even when we don’t have it all figured out.
And that’s why I’m especially excited to offer a free, live workshop just for moms happening this Tuesday, September 30th at 11 AM PT.
This is for the woman who:
- Has been busy taking care of everyone else
- Hasn’t had time to stop and think about what she wants
- Feels a little lost in this new season with older kids or an emptying nest
- Is ready for something new, but unsure what that looks like
We’ll reflect, reset, and walk away with a personal vision, some fresh clarity, and some practical action steps to start moving forward.
A Few Tips to Process the Emotions of This Season
- Name what you’re feeling. Journaling or simply saying it out loud helps. Emotions lose some of their power when we bring them into the light.
- Take 5 minutes to be still with God. No agenda. Just be present with Him and listen. Let Him comfort, guide, and strengthen you.
- Choose a small, meaningful action. Whether that’s joining the workshop, checking in on a friend, or going for a walk—one step forward brings momentum.
Let’s make this season one of clarity, courage, and connection. If you’re ready for a reset or craving more direction and peace, this is your time.
