Spring is officially here—and I’m feeling so ready for a fresh start!
I recently wrapped up my ski season (16 days on the mountain this year!), and just traded in my ski boots for hiking shoes. I got out for my first hike of the season, and wow—it felt so good to be back on the trail again.
The hike took me through a local forest that had a major wildfire a couple of years ago. There are still scorched trees on the ground and some standing like silent reminders of what was lost. But here’s the beautiful part—there is new life everywhere.
Fresh green shoots. Tiny flowers. New growth rising up from the ashes.
And it hit me… this is exactly how life works too.
Even after hard seasons—when things feel broken, burned out, or uncertain—God still brings new growth.
📖 “See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?” – Isaiah 43:19
💬 “The beautiful thing about spring is that it reminds us—nothing stays dormant forever.”
